[metis-users] Closing the mailing list

I will soon lose access to a server running mailman, and therefore I
am going to close this mailing list in the next few days.

After I do so I will copy the mailing list archives

http://www.gilith.com/metis/mailing-list/

to the Metis web pages so there is a permanent public record of our discussions.

To report bugs or request enhancements from now on, please file an
issue at GitHub:

Thank you to all for your contributions to the discussions on this
list since 2010, and I wish to give special appreciation to the
respectful tone that everyone has maintained.
